Stockholm International (or as it's
called nowadays) HUND2009 december 13. Judge: Mrs Carol West
So the last show of the year is over and done with. I met with lots of
good friends and we had a lovely and friendly atmosphere at ringside. Excellent
results helped to make this day a truly momorable one. We got both BOB & BOS,
both CAC's, 1 CACIB, 2 qualified to Cruft's and best breedersgroup!
Paddy - Charbonnel War Paint won the juniorclass and was best male with
CAC & BOS! He was by that double qualified to Cruft's!
Joe - Manaca's Money Money Money came in second in juniorclass!
Johnny - Ch Charbonnel Manacas Design was 3:rd in championclass!
Helen - Manaca's Hey Hey Helen came in second in junior just like her brother!
Ingrid - Manaca's Rags to Riches won the youngsterclass and was 3:rd best
bitch with CAC!
Maggie - Manaca's Pull No Punches won the openclass!
On top of the cream Manaca's had BOB winning breedersgroup!

Norwegian winner show in Lilleström november 28. Judge:
Mrs Karin Brostam-Berglund
Sari & Martina from kennel Sugarsticks was going to the winner show
with Malena and offered to take some more of my dogs, as I had my working
weekend. So I entered Vanja - Ch Manaca's It's All in
the Name with some expectations as this judge made her BOB earlier this
summer. But this time surprisingly she only got a second in championclass
and was thrown out! Well, well... it goes up and down in the show
world...Also Folke - M. Gets Ideas Going went with them but he did'nt
approve to the judges eye either and got a nice critique but not placed.
Malena - Ch Manaca's Cross Country did us proud instead,
best bitch with CAC & CACIB!! Thereby she gained the Norwegian
championtitle and also became Norwegian winner 2009!!

I Denmark...
Timmy - Manaca's Rough and Ready ended the showyear by getting
his last CAC and gained the title Danish Show champion!!

Connor - Manaca's Here Comes the Sun was at his first show. This was his
first time on a long drive and also first time in a lead so at first he did'nt
like it that much. Even so, the judge saw his qualities and made him BOB puppy
and by the time of the finals we've had time for more training which took him
all the way to the top and he was BIS puppy! >>>

Johnny - Charbonnel Manacas Design was for the first, and last time, in open
class as he won the class, got best male and got his last CAC for the
championtitle, so now he is Swedish show champion!

As I only had one championbitch entered I also got the pleasure to show
Gittans Ines - Manaca's Join the Joyride in open class. She did'nt only win her
class but was also best bitch with the CAC, championtitle and BOB!!

won the championclass and was 4:th best bitch!
Kennel Manaca's also had a colourmixed BOB winning breedersgroup that

On the sunday I had a judging appointment at an open show. It was a wonderful day with very nice weather and the nicest showground just by the water. I had about 70 dogs to go over of various breeds and ages. I gave BIS puppy to a longhaired miniature Dachsie and BIS of the adults to a super looking Portugese water dog.

Of course this was expected for Johnny who is clear by parentage, but extra good

My computer broke down, and has been on
service, so that's why there has'nt been any updates for awhile. But now order
is restored so all's well again. Hope I remember all news that has happened
since last time...
Nemo is back from Russia! He was warmly welcomed by the pack and is now like he
was never gone at all. Vanjas and Johnnys pups are born and of course they are
the most beautiful pups in the world ;-) more of that on their own pages.

Johnny - Charbonnel Manacas Design won the youthclass and was best male with
CAC and BOB! He then went on and won the group under Mr Hans Rosenberg!
The day after Johnny got a new bath and was dryed looking beautiful, just to,
seconds before the final getting solking wet in a heavy rain!! Even though he
made a strong impact and was placed as reserve in the BEST IN SHOW final!!
Ingrid - Manaca's Rags to Riches won the youthclass and was 2:nd best
bitch with CAC!
Signe - Ch Manaca's In You Dream was 3:rd best bitch and BOB veteran!

Kassu - Manaca's Tempest in a Teapot has started in winnersclass at

was also the best dog of the test again! Now he only needs one more 1:st
prize after 15 months of age for the championtitle! congrats

Kennelclubshows in Visby july 4-5
On saturday judge Fredrik Norgren made Axel - Manaca's Live Long and Prosper
win the open class and 4:th best male. Ines - Manaca's Join the
Joyride also won the openclass and was 2:nd best bitch,both i dog from
the CAC.
Sundays judge was Mr Paul Scanlon and Axel did the same, that's 4:th best
male, only one dog from the CAC again. Ines hit the jackpot and was best
bitch with CAC and CACIB, BOB and group 4! Huge congrats Gittan and
Manuela!
In Olsztyn, Poland Fi-Fi - Manaca's Thrilled To Bits, made her showdebut with honors!! She was Youth Winner, Best Junior and BOB!! Huge congrats Magda!
In Finland her litterbrother Kassu - Manaca's Tempest In a Teapot was at a tracking test and was the best dog at the test in open class and put up to winnersclass, only 10 months old! Congratulations Kirsi!
At a National show in Ukrain Eric - Manaca's That's Me was made BOB puppy igen! Congrats Oksana!!
Despite the fact that we had to stay home this weekend we can report of Manaca's success...
From Finland we got the great news that our Ragnar - Almanza Hit the Road Jack got his International championtitle - C.I.E!! He was also BOB on June 7:th in Tuuri under judge Mr Matti Touminen, way to go Ritva & Tiina!!
Today on June 28 we got the news that Freja - Manaca's Xcuse
My Conduct was in Estonia and got her last CACIB for the International
championtitle and she also got the Estonian CAC which made her Estonian
champion! Huge congrats Taava!!
I Norway Wizard - Manaca's Yesterdays Yesman became BOB puppy and
BIS-4 2 weekends in a row! Huge congratulations Kristin!
and then Timmy - Manaca's Rough and Ready again... yet another successful trip to Germany where he won his class with VDH CAC, was best male with the club CAC and gained one more title - Jugend Niederrhein - Sieger 2009!! Congrats again Kristine!!
And in France Selma - Manaca's Yada Yada has made her showdebut by becoming BOB puppy!! Congrats Frederique!

I missed the entry to Norrköping
national on June 6, under judge Mr Martin Johansson, but the flag was high
for Manaca's anyway, as all Manaca's dogs enetred won their classes!!
Ottos son, Milton - Dragongårdens On the Sunny Side of the Road won the
juniorclass and was 4:th best dog, congrats Petra!

Alfred - Manaca's Walk on the Wild Side was out for the first time and he
really enjoyed his time out! He won his class and while we were waiting for the
BOB final he jumped off the trimmingtable and ran into the next ring were
Flatcoateds were being judged, he happily ran around saying hi to everyone
before I caught him! In the BOB final he met his litter sister Esther - Manaca's
Walk the Walk who this time was BOB puppy, Congrats Marita!

reached the age of a veteran. She really enjoyed herself this day so she won the
class and was also best bitch and BOS! She could proudly note that her
granddaughter Ch Honeywater's Happiness Like Jam came in second and her daughter
Vanja 3:rd with the CAC, that's some kind of mum, don't you think!?
We also had the BOB winning breedersgroup consisting dogs from 4 different
kombinations.
